About the Role:
The LATAM Program Management position focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing supply chain activities to support high-impact promotional programs across the region. This role centers on product lifecycle management and operational coordination, ensuring supply continuity, minimizing obsolescence, and adhering to budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data to inform decisions, collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. This position requires a strategic mindset paired with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery of promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 7–8 projects annually from initiation to completion.
- Analyze and manage large volumes of data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor timelines and budgets for promotional initiatives.
- Develop preliminary budgets in partnership with the finance team.
- Assess sourcing options and perform cost analyses.
- Coordinate orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
- Analyze and recommend solutions for long-lead-time materials or short production schedules.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance quality, reduce cycle times, and deliver greater value.
- Conduct post-project analyses to identify key learnings and trends.
- Resolve issues with clients and suppliers efficiently.
Skills and competencias required:
- This role is individual contributor-based, with no team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing projects independently to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic Thinking & Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects independently. (+ 5 years of experience)
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of sourcing, cost analysis, and product lifecycle. (+ 5 years of experience)
- Communication: Effective across cultures and languages (English & Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus).
- Process Improvement: Focus on optimizing quality, timelines, and costs.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive in addressing challenges and tight schedules.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
