• Adapts & Implement strategies that have short to long-term (1-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with global and functional objectives.
• Impact is strategic and resonates throughout the Global Function.
• Formulate current and long-term strategic plans, objectives, policies and procedures for the organization or a certain geography.
• Drive transformation and determining which practices and business strategy will be implemented for the organization in a certain geography.
• Design plans and policies to allocate resources and making decisions regarding the organization’s growth, investment areas and diversification to accomplish its vision and achieve a healthy P&L.
• Formulate and set accountability to the overall compliance and best practices of the organization, identifying, managing and reporting on the corporate risks including financial, insurance, operational, project, market, and regulatory.
• Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and external parties with conflicting objectives.
• Develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior business leaders.
• Typically leads multiple teams of directors/senior managers, and managers, but may also be a highly specialized individual contributor giving strategic direction at Global/Regional/Line of Business level.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree / PhD in Specialist areas such as R&D.
• More than 12 Years of experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Solid experience managing a team.
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts.
• Excellent communicator with ability to “partner up” with all different stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate both leaders and staff to effectively translate philosophy and corporate goals.
