About the Brand Manager position
In this role you will connect with key Local, Regional and Global partners to assure to gain visibility and consistency on communication Cono Sur efforts.
Your responsabilities will be:
- Elaborate and conduct the Internal Corporate Communication plan and execution of strategic internal activities/campaign/events to assess key reputational needs and topics.
- Manage Bayer Media Platform Channel and assure cross divisional /function guidance knowledge and compliance.
- Editorial co-creation with the external communication partner to ensure permanent updating of the corporate narrative (Lead amplification to internal stakeholders)
- Responsible to develop strategic communications and contents needed to position Corporate and Business Narratives internally (employee/leaders) assuring deployment of impactful and clear messages on time & aligned with external efforts.
- Responsible for an internal effective corporate branding management in the region with consistency to global guidelines (develop assets needed and assure communication).
- Monitor evolution of the Cono Sur Internal Communications overall Satisfaction with measurements of effectiveness of internal tools and content amplification efforts.
- Dedicate time for relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accompany corporate strategy and market trends seeking greater innovation and digitalization in tools.
- Manage the executive corporate speech in key communication initiatives.
